AWDREO is pleased to have continued its operations in 2025 through the implementation of the Unconditional Seasonal Support Food Project, funded by WFP and implemented from August 2025 to July 2026. The project aimed to support the most vulnerable people across all districts of Daikundi Province by providing food assistance. In cooperation with WFP and in coordination with CFAC and relevant line departments, AWDREO conducted door-to-door surveys to identify eligible households in accordance with the donor’s selection criteria. Through this project, a total of 25,677 households received food assistance across Daikundi Province.
