Spread of COVID-19, has impacted all the civil societies worldwide and especially in Afghanistan. That the organizations didn’t have plans for prediction of emergency states and particularly no available the contingency and financial for restrain of emergency state. AWDREO is one of the affected civil society, lose their internal resource in during of CV-19 outbreak. Therefore, we suggested the institutional funding, or stream -one for recovering and reactivation of my activities and mission in Afghanistan and we designed the project under name of “Rapid-support and capacity building “.the project was funded by WPHF for duration of 12 months in AWDREO Head Office Kabul while the objective was improving the staff capacity and addressing the needs of staff and setting plans and reactivation. During the project period, the policies and documents have been updated and developed and relevantly, the AWDREO dedicated staff, received training on different topics such as proposal developing, fund raising, Monitoring Evaluation, gender sensitive, Human Resource Management, and Financial Management.
